Dr. Tom Warneka is the President and founder of Behavioral Science Consultants, Ltd., an international research and consulting company. BSC provides jury research for defendant organization involved in complex and or costly litigation. Tom earned his doctorate in Professional Psychology from Union University as well as an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

He is a member of the American Psychological Association, Consulting Psychologists Society, Ohio CPA, and the American Society of Trial Consultants, and the Institute of Management Consultants.
